Anna, thank you so much for this precious gift. It takes me back 50+ years to Sunday nights at church. Back then, we actually showed up on Sunday night, and it was primarily about worshipping in song. Specifically, songs with wonderful truth-filled lyrics. I miss that so!

Just beautiful Anna! Every week you seem to play another song I hadn’t heard in more years than I care to admit. I often imagine you singing as you play and I know it would be amazing! Would love to hear you sing a duet with your husband. You play with such feeling and I know you are impacted by the words of the songs you play as are your listeners. I could listen to you 24/7 and always feel such peace that comes from knowing Christ. Your family and church are so blessed to have you in their lives! Thank you so much 🙂

I’m in awe of the gift God has given to you, that you have so beautifully shared with us (me) this early morning. I knew nearly every hymn you played and it has been a glorious time. I felt the Lord very close at this raw time of grieving for my dear husband who went home to be with Jesus. “Beyond the sunset, o blissful morning, when heaven is begun…”

I know I have already commented, but as i listen again to these beautiful hymns, there are so many I hear and know from many years ago, and even so, the words spring from my heart to my mind. I worship in a church where we still use the Celebration of Praise hymn book yet many of these that you are playing are not in it. Thank you, dear Anna.

❤ the way you play in such a singable way informs the listeners that you are applying the message and ministering to the flock. My mother is 80 years old, been playing for the Lord since she was 11.
