So many loved ones in the hospital right now and emotionally a bit wiped out so I really appreciate your playing and your husbands singing. What a wonderful pair you are! I look forward to your playing so much every Sunday. I am from Wisconsin and grew up on so many of the songs you play. Thanks Anna And Mark for Sharing The Beautiful Hymns And Mark For Your Beautiful Amazing Voice Singing Along With Anna. The Arrangement Of Many Of The Older Hymns You Played Reminds Me Of My Mother And Grandmother, Even Though She, My Grandmother Had Lost Her Sight At 52 Due To A Failed Cateract Surgery. She, My Grandmother Continued To Play. On Sundays After Church And Sunday Dinner. We'd All, The Family Would Go Into The Living Room Where Our Simple Piano Was. They Would Each Take Turns Playing. Even Though My Grandmother Could Play Anything From Boogie Woogie To The Classics, Her Heart Stayed True To Jesus, And She Loved The Hymns. She Played By Ear, Which I Did As Well. Mama Had To Read The Music To Play. Which She Did Beautifully. I Was Taught The Basics Of Piano By Mama. She Taught Other Children From Church And Sunday School To Play Piano As Well. I Got A Hammond Keyboard Organ Around 10 yrs Old, Which I Loved The Chords On The Organ. Later Got An Accordion Which I Still Play Along With My Keyboards, Which I Have A Variety Of. Mama Always Wanted A Baby Grand, But We Just Didn't Have The Room In Our House. But I Know Her And My Grandmother Have Their Very Own Baby Grands In Heaven And They Are Not Just Teaching The Angels How To Sing, But Teaching The Angels How To Play Piano. I Can Only Imagine How Beautiful Heaven Must Be With Their Music And Everyone Else Blessed With The Gift Of Music As You Ms Anna And Mark As Well. Commented after first few songs but it just keeps getting better! What an amazing voice your husband has Anna. Would love to hear you sing together while you play. That would be a real treat. Played some of the songs you played this evening before church at our home this morning but have a hard time playing and singing at the same time but I’m thinking you could do both with your talent. Thank you for magnifying Christ through your music! If you were merely a professional musician you couldn’t play with such feeling if you didn’t have the lyrics in your heart 🙂
