That is a special song, but I don't hear it often. I heard an arrangement done by the Hamilton family recently which I really enjoyed.

How we miss our loved ones who have passed away. Each one of us is responsible ourselves for whatever decisions we make in life. God is just. Scripture tells us life goes on but in a different spiritual dimension. In heaven we will once again be united with those we love. That gives us joy. Check out Jessie DuPlantis story of heaven. I found it on KZbin or you can Google it. Also, a book by John Burke “Imagine Heaven” has many stories similar to Jessie’s story. Proverbs 3 vs 5-6.
