About the speaker
Bhakti Rasamrita Swami teaches Krishna Consciousness all over the world including India, Singapore, UK, USA, Australia and Russia.
He was born in the year 1962 in the city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and did his schooling in the cities of Kolkata and Mumbai. He completed his B.E. from M.S University, Baroda and MBA from Bombay University and worked for some time in a multinational bank in a management position.
Being deeply inspired by the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder Acharya of ISKCON, he decided to dedicate his life to propagate the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and the Srimad Bhagvatam. He has served in many important projects of ISKCON and has been preaching the message of the Bhagavad Gita in many prestigious educational institutions all over India including the IITs.

If Hare stands for Srimati Radharani, who is the consort of Krishna, then why does Hare Rama occur in the Maha mantra?

The word Hare represents the energy form of the Lord. When we chant , Hare Krishna - Hare refers to Shrimati Radharani and when we chant Hare Rama - Hare represents the energy form of Lord Rama which Srimati Sita Devi - We chant and pray to the Energy form of the Lord to engage us in the service of the Lord

Hare Krishna! Rama in the mantra means personality of krishna only,Like in RadhaRaman, and " Gopal govinda rama Sri Madhusudhana"! So it is Krishna only sir
