It's called a "Spider Belt" made by Tailors. It removes Immobilizing effects and makes you immune to them for 5 seconds. It's on his far right action bar if you look closely. It's on a 30min cooldown.

Poor CD usage/handling of enemy CD’s, max rank frostbolting at wrong times ie; when target not slowed or slow about to fall off. Hard casting when in gouge/blind range, missing cones, randomly blizzarding for no reason at all (max rank at that) and just generally wasting mana. The fact 20+ ppl think the mage wasn’t bad shows how poor the average classic player is

Back in vanilla one of the guys at a lan center I used to play at was one of these annoying rogues that would restart fights by blinding and stealthing over and over and claim he was an amazing pvper. He went to the restroom one day and all his keybinds were deleted when he came back. We never did find out how that happened. I think of that guy every time I see a rogue gouge -> sap -> eat.

@@atbmts6 He has every Frost PVP talent available, from what I can see, and doesn't have any of the PVE ones such as Winter's Chill. Regardless, my argument was that he flubbed the attack when he rezzed, not the original attack. Pshero had no cooldowns left and no more engineering tricks left other than a grenade, which did him no good. The mage lost the 2nd attack when he evocated instead of simply running further, or re-sheeping. Yes it is easy to analyze after the fact, but I've been in those situations before and they are truly maddening when you realize how badly you fucked up.
