Great reaction! Angelina is the daughter of a great singer Pino Mango who died of a heart attack during a concert and in this song she expresses all her pain for this loss. Her mother was also the singer of a great musical group, Matia Bazar. In the video of her brother Filippo on the drums and her boyfriend on the guitar. In one year Angelina participated in a talent show on television, climbed the music charts, won Sanremo 2024, she was among the favorites at Eurovision and is having great success throughout Europe.

The very first time I saw Angelina perform at Sanremo festival back in February I thought she could be the Italian Shakira.... Bella is the first person to catch the same "flavour "... btw this performance has autotune but only as a stylistic choice she doesn't need pitch correction and I usually can't stand autotune but here I believe it enhance the pain she portray while she sings this very personal song. In Malmo she said this is a song of a broken heart but opposite to what many thinks it's not a love song: fila indiana means single line i.e. peaople standing or moving in line back to back and she refers to when the old ladies in her hometown during the mourning of her father or soon after were visiting and faking closeness to her family bursting into their drama and disrespecting their pain just for morbid curiosity (as in her father was a popular singer) the majority of them she didn't even know... she says they're like vampires they search our garbage (either being true or just a metaphor)... and she is upset with her father because he has left them...

In this song Angelina talks about the pain of a 12 year old girl (herself) at her father's funeral (Pino Mango one of the most beautiful voices in Italy, simply unique) and of the sick curiosity of the people queuing for condolences (Fila indiana in English single line) without respect for her grief and her suffering. At Sanremo Festival, the third day Angelina sang a cover of "La Rondine" (a song by her father) making Italy cry.

In fact she’s actually using Autotune in that song to add some style. She uses it from time to time in a few other songs too. In this one I really like it. It kind of mimics the music sounds and adds to the already powerful emotions! ❤

As many of us keep saying, she's the daughter of two great singers and if you want to watch them they sang together "chissà se nevica" also present on KZbin. At the end her mother says "hi, Angelina, she's 7 yo watching us from home". Angelina is a miracle, just imagine like an hypotethical Biber and Swift daughter starting singing as good as their parents.

Thank you for another great reaction! So, a little correction, it's not a proper "love" song, is more like a grief. As someone said on previous comments, it's about her father's death. It was back in 2014, when angelina was only 13yo. "Fila Indiana", in italian and most latin countries (here in Portugal, too) means "queue line" and reports to all the people at her fathers funeral, waiting to give the condolences to her family. Her father was a famous singer, so the funeral was crowded, with many strangers, and people Angelina and her family didn't know at all! So she, as a kid was mad at all that. The lyrics of this song are amazing and very powerful! It always gives me goosebumps! That automatic translation is a crap, as always. Bella, Angelina does mostly dance songs, and
