The Blocks (Blokovi for plur. and Blok for sing.) are basically New Belgrade. It's across the rivers from Belgrade and it was barren until 1948 when first constructions were made and then in the 60s to create what is now New Belgrade, divided into Blocks, big apartment and business buildings. There are a lot of blocks, 38th Block is one of those blocks and you can really feel Psihoaktiv Trips influence when you go there in the graffiti and in the way how they describe it exactly how it is. The name of the song in English would be Full 100 (by 100 its referred to long papers for rolling aka for joints). Whole song is about their neighborhood (Block 38) and smoking weed. All the blocks in Belgrade are on the New Belgrade side and they are all named by numbers. Weed in Serbia is illegal but like 70% of people I know smoke it and u can buy it everywhere but if u get caught with it ur done police are gonna beat the shit out of u. I recommend u listen to their song Skanija its one of the best songs to listen while u smoke weed and one of the best west coast type instrumentals ive ever heard.
