Lost, alone and separated from family, a stray cat must untangle an ancient mystery to escape a long-forgotten city.
Stray is a third-person cat adventure game set amidst the detailed, neon-lit alleys of a decaying cybercity and the murky environments of its seedy underbelly. Roam surroundings high and low, defend against unforeseen threats and solve the mysteries of this unwelcoming place inhabited by curious droids and dangerous creatures.
See the world through the eyes of a cat and interact with the environment in playful ways. Be stealthy, nimble, silly, and sometimes as annoying as possible with the strange inhabitants of this mysterious world.
Along the way, the cat befriends a small flying drone, known only as B-12. With the help of this newfound companion, the duo must find a way out.
Stray is developed by BlueTwelve Studio, a small team from the south of France mostly made up of cats and a handful of humans.

The yellow-eyed things that chased Tang don't look like rats, or robots. They're a lot more reminiscent of headcrabs in texture and body shape. And their penchant for latching on.

This game reminds me of rain world. Post apocalyptic city with no humans, you're a cat that gets separated from it's family by falling, signs in an unreadable language, everything. Pretty cool!

The combat is actually just like everything else in this game. the cat doesn't fight. He gets a robo buddy soon and later in the story it gets a light that will just make the meat nuggets explode. Kitty remains being a kitty. :3

Awesome that you're playing this, but be warned... it could take you (PSJ) many episodes to complete this game ;). You explore much like I do, so this game may take you quite a long time. I just watched someone else play it and they rushed through at breakneck speed, but it's a very good game and creative concept.

They are excellent models. I wonder if they motion captured real cats. This game looks amazing, but I find this type of game a little boring. Much more challenging when you are interacting more with the environment and you have to eat and drink etc. Besides Cats can't fire guns.
