@@dr.adityanagar238 Just asked a friend of mine who is pursuing CM. From his explanation MD CM (SPM) > MD CHA. MD CHA - Epidemiologist, research, Heath policy making, ICMR (Administrative). MD CM - all that is mentioned in CHA + clinical knowledge, teaching , research etc.

Indian MD, MS aren't Recognised abroad (most of the countries). So you'll have to appear for that country's exam as MBBS

Yes it is an apex institution. It will give an amazing hands on experience, related to administration. But it is not attached to a medical college, So that particular interesting academic part in life is missing. The best is to make a visit there and meet everyone.- Students as well as faculty.
