That’s Rod Impact! It’s a new skill on the skill tree introduced recently, around the time this video was released. When you fill up the gauge, you can press Normal Attack and you’ll get 6 stocks of it until you fill it up again with more techniques. Hope that helps!

What photon tech do u use for jet boots

This video was before the jet boots renewal, so the gameplay is a bit different. I'm using gimegid for dark techs, and a mix of Spinning Gust and Fierce Wave to Skip Beat. Violent Gale is used for repositioning, and weapon action to counter. Hope that helps! 🙂

Hi Kat, relatively new player (Slayer main) since April and learned quite a lot from watching your content. I still have a lot to learn regarding the finer points of the game, but there's one thing about Force I am curious about: Were you parrying with Technique Charging or Weapon Action? If it's the latter, how are you doing it without having it on your palette or sub-palette, if I am observing your gameplay correctly? Also, I am not sure which class (and their weapon set-ups) would benefit most from multi-weapons. Lastly, where I can find detailed guides of all classes that are in one place? Hello ~ Thank you for your kind words! I’m glad my videos are helping. I’m parrying with Weapon Action. In the control menu, you’re able to bind Weapon Action to any key on your keyboard, mouse, or controller. That means you don’t have to waste any slot in your weapon palette or sub palette for your Weapon Action. (In my case, I have mine bound to my “F” key) For my duel videos, I use a single weapon for each class because I just multi-weapon whatever weapon I need to a single fully affixed weapon. I talk more about this in my commentary highlight in the description ~ That being said, because my duel videos are done with a single weapon, I’m not able to showcase the most optimal multi-weapon combos for each class in them. Here’s a quick list of the most optimal multi-weapon combos: Fi: DS/Knux and TD/Knux Hu: Sword/Wire and Sword/Partisan Br: Katana/Bow Bo: SB/JB Te: Wand/JB* Fo: Rod/JB* Gu: TMG/Rifle Ra: Rifle/Launcher Wa: Harmonizer/Anything Sl: Gunblade/Anything *With the new skills, Wand and Rod are so good on their own now, you can actually drop Bo sub and play without boots. (Te/Sl and Fo/Te) Lastly, I learn a lot from my speedrunner friends who specialize in each class. A lot of them are guide writers and have their guides in google docs on the “Fleet Discord”. @@M4R4TH0N-M4K0 Of course! And you kind of can if you have a mouse that has more buttons. What I did is I have my subpalette skills bound to my F-keys. And then I have certain F-keys bound to a button on my mouse. For example, I have Slot 10 bound to Photon Blast, and then F10 bound to a specific button on my mouse. So for each class, I know that this specific button equals my photon blast! There can only be so many buttons on a mouse though, so I just have to get used to reaching over to my F1-F6 keys on the keyboard and then quickly going back to WASD afterwards. It definitely takes some time to get used to for sure ~

Unfortunately yes…even with optimal range for the potency buff, Encore Jump Rifle Impact outdamages revolt aim. You’ll still find time to use both options though! Since Rifle Impact won’t always be active. Also keep in mind that Rifle PB instantly fills up Rifle Impact which makes it a more viable option than Launcher PB now. Launcher PB can be used on harder to reach weakspots. ✨

@@Odinataa Hi! Go to the class counter and check “Add-On Skills”; you’ll see a bunch of skills that just make you way stronger for leveling up the specific class add-ons. It’ll be under the Bouncer section as a sub add-on. You level up these add-ons by using class ex-cubes which you can get by overleveling your classes. (For example, if you level Bouncer past level 75, it goes back to 75, and you get 10 Bouncer Ex-cubes instead). You can use these cubes to roll for random class add-ons at the class counter. Keep in mind that the main class add-on will stay at its highest level you roll, while the sub add-on gets reset. So with that being said, use the cheapest roll option to save meseta. Also! Every class add-on is active at the same time. (Like if you have +20 HP from the subclass add-ons across all 10 classes, your character will have +200 HP) Hope that helps!

Hi. I have a strange question regarding techter. I see that you have leveled the 6 elemental attack things, but I don't see you using any spells. When you give the wand an element do the wand attacks trigger the skills such as barta blot etc

Hi! Don’t worry, no strange questions here. 😊 I do use a charged gimegid in the techter run for sure! Techter compound techniques will always autofill the “blot” mechanic for its element. So for Techter, you would only need to use tech for long range, for wand infusing, using elemental revoke, and for popping those blots. After charging a technique with wand, you can also use its new gap closer skill by pressing normal attack. You can see the full combo happen at the end of my techter run here. Compound, revoke, charge cast to pop with gimegid, gap closer, N4, then PB. As for wand charging those skills, it does not. Techter will charge them mostly with their compounds or casting the techniques themselves. Wand will mostly want to play close range with lots of whacking and bonking. Hope that helps! ✨

@@fay2212 Yup! You smack, but you see that one skill where you you do that super fast whip of the wand? You do that by revoking your element. When your wand is infused, you hold down WA to use that skill (it hits really hard and applies a lot of ele down), but it will revoke your element from your wand. This forces you to charge cast to infuse again, but then it helps you use the gap closer and N4 afterwards!

Hi! Phase 2 has 6 augments this time around, so it was a total of 24 defi augments. I'd say, if you don't have goal that you really, really want to reach at this very moment (mine was the video!), then don't invest into them now. They'll definitely go down just like the Phase 1 augments did. This quest is definitely still doable even without defi, but will require a lot of practice and optimization. And if you really wanted to fight it and clear, you can always just buy into the cheaper defi augments and ignore the expensive ones! (Just remember to affix on separate units from your main ones!) Good luck! 🎉

Do you still have gear you used in this video? I looked up to see if I'm doing something fundamentally wrong with force (My best is 4:30 time), and see that you got over twice the damage per hit I do with 21 defi affixes on my gear. Does the remaining 4 affexes make that much of a difference?

Hi! I had full defi, yes ~ and like someone else here asked, it may be the weapon! Since some of those defi augments add so much crit rate, you can get away with using a Termina Fixa on your weapon. Try and find a Revita since they're kind of cheap!

I'm curious about curio dragon slayer skin is it really dropping? Because been farming that thing none stop and still haven't dropped for me what do you recommend?

A while ago, there was a limited time quest where quartz dragon spawned every single time. This is when they started dropping more often, although they were still pretty rare even at that point. Now, your only luck is Neusen Plant, which is even more rare. I recommend just saving up for it, but I'm sure there are a bunch of other cool camos out there that are way cheaper!

i am so confused. Im pure ranger, all defi augs, neoh A rifle +70 pot 6,. Mag atk boost All add on skills for all classes 17 - 19. Rng pot 20. Food buff. My time is usually 2 :44 - 2 :58 WTF am i doing wrong? Followed everything you did and used bouncer as sub. You're doing more damage than me. Is there some secret to this fight?

I think I know the issue! I didn’t use my NeosA for this fight because Termina 5 is so important with all the defi augments. Instead, I bought a cheap Termina 5 Revita weapon and just multi’d the weapon I needed onto it. Termina 5 is just so strong when the defi augments give you high crit rate. If you happen to have a Termina NeosA, then feel free to use that too. Also make sure you’re OTSing like in the video - the angles at which you’re piercing him is important. Hope that helps!

I look at a lot of these speed run video's etc etc. There's always some trick/exploit/secret that nobody ever points out. People just think it's all skill. Im sitting here scratching my head like wtf? Im a very good ranger/player. Smh you used a significantly weaker weapon and smoked my time. Damn I hate sega, never thought fixa term worked with defi augs. Went broke fully auging defi's and fully upgrading neo. Hope not too many folks know this trick. term fixas are super cheap for rifles. I think sega intended dual to only be S ranked with 9* stars. SMH ive had like 4 fixa term neo rifles. Scrapped them for integras smh. Just got a neo term 3 gunblade. Thank god you posted this. So all i need is a fixa term 1 on my neo and that should do it.

Fo/Bo is still arguably optimal, but Fo/Sl can hold its own now with Rod Impact. The difference is very minimal, and it’s safe to say Force does not absolutely require boots anymore. In this video, I use Fo/Bo for downing the boss and for the breakable part damage boost. Boots are not a main class weapon so they aren’t used here, since they won’t be able to be applied the defi augment effects (main class weapons only). Hope that helps ~ Good luck!

@@twompking3516 Oh, thank you so much! The best weapon for this quest is Revita. The level up depends on you and how much time you’d want to spend grinding. The weapon that comes with that ticket isn’t that great, so you can ignore it! Definitely focus on getting a Revita Rod and enhancing it as much as you can. You can focus on getting the cheaper Defi P.02 augments first and then you can build up to the rest!

@@twompking3516 I’m on Ship 2! NeosA is definitely better for general use, while Revita is used for Duel Phase 2, and NeosJ can be used for Dark Falz. (There’s a niche use of Greaga too) I go over a bunch of this stuff, as well as augments, somewhere in the middle of my Twitch VOD from yesterday if you’re curious!

It’s also worth noting that being competitively good in all classes is a really difficult task and is something not many players can do ~ the dual quests are also solo able without defi augs on some classes, so you can really push yourself to the limit :D
