I can vouch for it just in 3 months I have seen improvement psoriasis is gone from my elbows and ears completly and gone from the knee also. With natural diets 🥦🍎🥗🍌 no fast food, no alcohol, no smoking, no junk food I did it. You can do too. I used to eat lot of fast food used to drink ocassionaly used to smoke but i have quit everything. Still I use 3-4 items while cooking such as, coconut oil, olive oil ( organic + cold pressed oils), turmeric, jira something ajwain, and avoid salt as possible as and lot more items. Besides, I must say precautions will cure u nd I almost recovered.
