Tip: For Motorstorm arctic edge there is a special cheat that improves performance. Also, if the game is running at 60fps, you can set the auto-frame skip to 1, it will be 30fps (if the game has a maximum of 30 fps, this will not help, it will be very jerky). For some games( for example Wipeout pulse) there is a cheat for 30fps, it helps a lot with lags. It’s a pity that PPSSPP doesn’t have Audio stretching, it would solve problems with intermittent sound. (I’ve been using Ppsspp for 2 years on a Samsung j6)

How much Overclocking are you using, on cpu/GPU/ram? RetroArch psp core from github is running without glitches and you can reduce the resolution and add fsr shader for upscaling.

Yes on Android it works 2-3x better. I tested a lot of games at 1:1 Resolution, so 720p and a lot of them even let you fast forward and I did not use any speedhacks or frameskips on a lot of them.

Mine crashes as soon as i try to start ppsspp on my modded switch....downloaded the updated emu and use R when starting game straight crash when click ppsspp
