Such an old plugin but it has a unique sound that is hard to duplicate. Your presentation was superb and had very valuable information. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Enrico, great tips you gave us here! I have a question for you: where do you usually put the PSP VintageWarmer on your master audio effect chain? Thanks, i keep following you!

Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment, Alessandro! Since the PSP pretty much is a multi-tool, I will place it depending on what I want to achieve. I usually don't use it as a final limiter (but sometimes I may). So I position it just after where "I want to continue processing from that point on". In practice, let's say I come to a point where I think: "and now, what do I need to do with this sound?" That's where I will insert it next. I use it many times as a low-level compressor (by exploring its knee knob), and as a compressor. I also usually toggle the compression switch between single and multi-band, to hear what sounds better in each case. I USUALLY have any eqs before it. Any limiters after it. Usually. Hope I was able to explain my thinking!

@@EnricoDePaoli thanks a lot for your quick reply. All clear for me now! I used sometimes the VintageWarmer in some tracks i worked on, but never used it on my master chain..so your suggestions helped me a lot! Especially the "Knee knob" trick ;) Keep up the good work!
