Why prevent box mapping? Most of us don’t have enough money to buy the entire case. Especially if we only want 1.

I would imagine that it might be part of the terms on which companies like KidRobot send them boxes to open. They want the product shown off to a large audience but at the same time it wouldn't make business sense to allow the locations of each figure to be shown. Besides, if you want box mapping, it's easy enough to find a video or post for that.

Kris Jai That makes sense for the ones that the boxes are sent to them. But still think they shouldn’t mix up the boxes if they buy the case. And you’d be surprised how difficult it is to find mapping videos for certain items lol

@@cheekers3328 As far as I've seen, which is a lot, they've never bought a KidRobot case. The only things I've seen them get cases of on their own, and actually open the whole case in one video like this, are Mystery Minis and LOLs. And for LOLs there is no mapping. I mean at first obviously they were mostly buying their own, but that was quite a while ago now and I don't know if he scrambled the boxes back then.

Also box mapping would tell you which one to buy in the store if you want that particular one

Cheekers 33 but box mapping will only work if you see in entirely filled box in the store, that is brand new. Also if the store has more then one box of a particular series that have half or less blind boxes left, they might combine the boxes to save on shelve space, so that would make box mapping pointless because the blind boxes can easily be put in random locations.
