Thougths: 1- Don´t like that the characters that wears masks don´t have them. 2- The Comics Code...you´re mistaken Paul. The Comics Code was self imposed by the Comic Publishers so that the people that were against them couldn´t complain against their content. Each company, be it DC or Marvel would indeed create this rules and "if" the content wasn´t "offensive" they´d have the Comics Code stamped on the cover. It was also a way for parents to be relieved that there wasn´t anything bad on them. That being said, since it was the same comic book companies that decided the comics content every now and then they´d let certain stuff go. Finally, it was DC that decided to not comply by having an issue of Green Lantern/Green Arrow tell a story about drugs abuse. Going to the extreme by having Green Arrow´s sidekick show him using them.
