When it's the winner's encore stage, all the artists would start leaving. But at 5:27 Psy tells EXO and Jackson to remain on the stage, and then at 5:33 you can see Jackson spreading the message to the other idols. At 5.34 you can see Psy telling Bangtan to stay also.
