This is stuff that I think Psy Pod was made for and should invest more in. Entertainments and timepass comes and goes but this kind of talks leaves a lasting impression. To really talk about the meaning of human existence and our place in this universe. To freely and openly talk about the truths like death and also how we can access the sacred dimension of our existence through meditation. We don’t talk about it enough. Self-reflection and contemplation is something we as society and thereby as an individual rarely do. Why?! Because firstly, it’s not taught. Secondly, it’s not practiced and thirdly, it’s not the norm. Modern education have miserably failed us. Like Djkr, it should be in the museum. It’s more interested in turning us into machines than a human being. If we want to become a non autopilot human, we really have to have the ability to self-contemplate. Kudos to the team for talking about this transcendental topics without any reservations and holding back. Youths these days aren’t really receptive to these kinds of contemplation and this trend is really sad and detrimental for individuals and society as a whole if we want to move towards a more wholistic and enlightened version of society. Youths need to explore (myself also being one) their inner dimensions more, way more than we do now. The scales should be turned the other way, from physiology, biology and chemistry to psychology (not the Freud and Yung one but the esoteric one), from without to within, from outside to inside, than we as society can access a sacred dimension. Once again, please do more of these sorts of talks without like one of you said the need to live upto to the society’s expectations and trends, be the trail-blazers because the stuff of this gist and mannerisms really make a lot of difference. Thanks for this. 🙏👏

Farmer is hungry after 3 hours from his 1st sleep, you can sustain your energy when you are literally taking in glucose (fruits). Your body needs more protein and very minimal carb and more fats from natural source.

Needed a notebook for this episode! I’d recommend acho Kinley to check out “the art of washing dishes” by Alan Watts, super insightful similar to this.

Our ancestors didn’t grow rice we were gathering our foods and hunting, try to go back into those evolutionary stages.
