I've been doing this session every night for the past 2 weeks and I had the most incredible experience last night. I've never experienced anything like this without the use of substances, but when I completed the final breath hold, I felt like my brain sort of exploded? I don't even know how to explain it, it started with a ringing noise and it was like static tingly buildup around my whole head until it consumed by body.
