Great video! Jen Hilman has a soothing, sensual voice that relaxes me. Right now it's 1:36am on Monday June 21, 2021, and I'm having a hard time getting to sleep, and I have to be up between 5 and 6am to get ready for my day. Maybe by the end of this video I'll be so relaxed I won't have any trouble sleeping.

I had a night terror last night, when I woke up at 1 a.m., I waited for a couple of hours to fall back asleep, I finally got up and did this flow. It really helped me clear my mind, relax, and have a sound sleep. So, thanks guys!

Thank you Jen, you are a SUPERB instructor! I do your Yoga Streches for Back Pain Relief, Sciatica, Neck Pain & Flexibility yoga and follow it up with this Bedtime Yoga Routine about 3 times a week. It's done wonders for me, much better than physical therapy or massages!

This is perfect! I needed help unwinding before bed and this was a great way to dial it back and relax and finally get to sleep. Just started this and really didn't do that good a job, but it already made it much easier to get to bed! I LOVE this channel. So much positive in an internet full of negative. Thanks so much!

No joke I have had the worse shoulder/back pain for months! I've been seen a physio who said my muscle was compacted.. nothing has been helping but last night I did 3 of your videos. Very gentle stretches and today it feels like someone else's shoulder! What a difference! THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS!!! And I'm a 100% cat person :) Wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for my beautiful cat who passed away last year. She kept me going thru my toughest times

Just wanted to thank you for your generosity, I have complex PTSD fibromyalgia chronic nerve pain which has lead to the loss of my independence inability to walk and major anxiety, I had to retire age 43 I'm now 49 and after wasting away sat on my sofa for 7 years I have discovered yoga, your floor yoga, particularly your on the mat and lying down poses has had a huge impact on me it is the relaxation achieved and feeling of accomplishment I find myself saying NOOOOO when you say time for next pose I'm soooooo relaxed I'm obviously very inflexible however I do what I can manage as you say my edge, I'm so glad I was guided to your videos and felt I had to thank you

Hi Jen, I did one of your beginner yoga classes this morning for anxiety and this evening I did this one just before bed. Your incredible, a really great teacher. With the video when you put your feet together in front and bring your body / elbows down to the mat, do your elbows need to touch the mat straight away? I'm a complete beginner and found this quite sore and tricky but went down as much as I could and slowly pushed myself into the stretch further but couldn't quite make the elbows touch the mat. Also with your feet and legs in that same position when you lie completely backwards I had a bit of a painful sensation in my lower back and found it pretty hard to relax into this pose... if I keep practicing it daily will it get easier for me? Thank you again I absolutely loved spending this morning and evening following your videos x

That felt amazing. My back is all in knots from top to bottom causing me lots of pain, I did one of the neck and shoulders yoga first and it helped a lot, but after this video I think my back is a reflection fo my stress. This video really help me to let go, and although I know I need to keep up and do the sessions regularly for the pain to go away I already feel so much better. Thanks!

I'm a dog person. I have a German shepherd called Valentine and we do some training, she loves it when I hide treats in my spare rooms and she has to find them! After that I do my practice and she just lies around the mat, every now and then she comes and gives kisses, usually in downward dog or when I'm on my stomach about to do cobra!! She does love it when I'm doing savasana, think it's the music xxx
