I'm a consumer of mhsa services and I would like to know what county mhsa books, manuals guidelines regaurding the formal process in new innovation ideas. Is there a set of forms that are available to download or get mailed out. Additionally I've been trying to find a department within the mhsa systems that is a tenant rights advocate for consumers in permanent supportive housing. I've called various contacts with in the mhsa for OC and there wasn't a tenants rights department that I was able to be referred to. Lastly there needs to be a program compliance department with regards to research for consumers that are in need of a service. There is more services that are being offered to aid in services to consumers that the various department already in place that they are not up to date with the funding opportunities that are coming on line. This new mhsa program will be geared towards program integrity. There is no orange county msha funding program individual consumer driven research team contacting other county programs informing them of funding opportunities, how to access these funds
