He signed up in the Army after leaving home with a thirst for power. But what awaited him were the days of misery. He was frustrated but then heard news of Wong's "Artificial Psychic Project." Setsuna immediately volunteered to be an experiment subject. In return for giving his own flesh, he recieved amazing power. While he is proud to be the strongest, his insanity has begun to consume.
If his bio didn't tell you anything. Setsuna is scary to go against. With tools to counter almost every character in the game. And even more tools to keep the opponent pressured. Dark Wedge can counter an opponent's dash or stop them from preparing long startup moves. Shady Cloud slowly drains an opponent psy gauge. Black Sun is incredibly strong and capable of breaking through even some of the strongest attacks in the game (like Keith's Ice Dragon). Setsuna's only weakness is close range but even in his face he can be threat.

Wow... I actually wonder if Wong just stopped time with last of his breath and ran away or installed some sort of kill switch in Setsuna from entire beginning. Seemed to be first case, but his voice was surprisingly calm... Poor Setsuna...

Princess Mononoke fan man, that sucks... I have nothing against dark settings or depressing tones, but still, it's still depressing to see your favourite characters fail(( Same goes for Keith's and Wendy's endings (I'm not a fan of Wendy, but she killed Emilio, so yeah... Punched to feelings gland again((()

@@nolanstrife7350 yeah, although as i see it it does look like he froze him but if you look at Setsuna's face, you can see he was almost shocked so Wong must have taken away his power.

Dont forget "Total Darkness" where he becomes invisible when dashing and his Psy recharges quicker. Setsuna has a major flaw and that is that his moves are slow to charge and have endlag, as long as your aggressive against him your fine
