I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea of a brain dump. I’m definitely trying this tomorrow before I connect! I also like the raising of vibration. I do something similar where I listen to music and doodle or do something creative with my hands. I’ve found that being creative is so helpful with ensuring a clear and bright connection.
