WOW!!! Exactly what i NEEDED. I have been able to push the thoughts of suicide back into the black hole, which leads to some Hellish abyss from where it comes from. I know that it is still close to the surface, but, I will continue this meditation, daily, at night, and as much as I feel that I need to protect me. WOW, at first I giggled at bit at some of the descriptions, as I'm spiritual but don't believe in a specific god, but by the end I was crying, subconsciously releasing something. I always know why I cry but this was just spontaneous; either my or others' negative energy being expelled from me and my EM field. I felt so protected and safe, it felt beautiful. Near the end, the sun poked out of the clouds and onto my closed eyes - sign! This meditation is going to the top of my playlist. Thank you so much.
