@@Sockren I agree, good analysis. Nishitani III tries to fill the shoes of NIshitani I's utter psychosis but it obviously falls short. That's not an issue of the actor, either, I believe its intentional. As carefree as he wants to act like he is, he can't be, because doing so hurts his ego and leads to situations like that Mr. Joryu Steal Your Girl image he got sent.

After 8 years since the release of Yakuza 0 finally someone from the nishitani family gets his own boss fight theme, the first time I heard it brought back memories to Randy's (DR2) and Dylan's (DR3) fight themes (more Dylan's because of the use of electro sounds a bit strident at a certain point of the song). But comparisons aside, hell this song is pure fire 🔥

The battle theme of the original nishitani is "misery comes on beat" but as it is used by other bosses of that game (like lee, sera, oda, kashiwagi... etc) then we can't consider it as "own" of nishitani, but more like, a "generic" fight theme that the developers used either because they didn't have time to compose more individual songs for each boss of the story or simply they were too lazy to do it. As you yourself say, it's a pity he didn't have his own fight theme, not only because it was important for the story, but also because it was a fundamental piece to have the Majima we all love and adore nowadays.
