What a fab Town Hall and I would have nothing but praise for all of the employees you spoke to 🙂 What a shame just one person had to bring some trouble to the table, but maybe this is to do more with the generation gap than anything else. BUT no one should or has the right to put hands on another or their belongings. Both Mr Accountability and the young lady staff member handled it in a great manner, and the young lady explained as best as she could (under the circumstances she was in of speaking to a disgruntled elder) what the law was and what your rights are. Really well done but also sad that congrats be given over facts that people should be aware of, especially if they want their rights protected in the future. These people would be the first to shout out if anyone run roughshod over their rights. You are doing a great service for people now and our future generations. If these Public Services, Law Enforcement offices are NOT taking it upon themselves to teach and train their staff correctly it has to be left to others to train them and it has been put on the shoulders of intelligent, morally and socailly consientious people to do so. In fact, people like Mr Accountability are saving the Public's Purse a huge fortune by trying to give the workers proper training in legal areas. The COSTS that are incurred are coming when hot headed LE officers let their ego's and false knowledge of the law come number one and stamp over people rights and freedoms, resulting in huge settlements many times. The answer to this is so simple. Education. Knowledge is power.
