@@mog_3825 No, unfortunately. There’s some speculation that leaving it out was an oversight by Bethesda but it’s never been added in a patch. It wasn’t in Fallout 4 though, so it might not be an oversight.

Thanks turtle! Also good to note that it stacks with overdrive as long as you use overdrive first. I always use psychotats but this has more survivability and is easier to get ahold of I might try to switch them up!

It's not because Buffout is a pre-war chem, it's because there was no crafting recipe in Fallout 4 for it and since they just imported from Fallout 4 to Fallout 76 thus it doesn't have one either

"Phycobuff" thats just the best one even if you are not a melee it helps with so much. more armor, more hp, more carry, backup damage, ect.

Yes! This is the only Chem I regularly use for combat, but I wish we could craft Buffout for it like we can Psycho 😩. I also used your Berry Mentats guide to mass craft them for my own XP & also they sell in vendors like candy.. The traveling trader that sells chem & healing recipes regularly spawns near my camp, so I purchased all recipes off of her a while back.

I used to use Psychotats, since it said it gave 15 DMG resist in addition to 25% more damage. So I always thought it was better than Psychobuff because I assumed it was 15% damage resist, rather than just a flat 15. Time to sell off my 100+ Psychotats and start hoarding Psychobuff!

Hey Im getting this strange bug involving laser rifles! So I went to west Tek 5 times today ( only 2 or 3 enemy spawns due to the respawn bug obviously) every time I went there I got 1 shot by a super mutant with a charging laser sniper rifle. At 1st I though was just bad luck because I'm 20% health so ignored it but just now it happend again with a mutant and again the laser rifle so I decided to test it. I took rad away to go full health which is about 370-380HP went to the super mutant just stood there and DAM he 1 shot me. Okay maybe it's my armor (unyeilding Secret Service armor with the best damage resist mod) I thought so I checked and yes 4/5 pieces were broken so I repaired it and tested again. This time the mutant almost 1 shot me he took about 95% of my health and the 2nd shot obviously finished me off. I tested several times and every time he 1 or 2 shot killed me which never happens usually even with low health let alone full health. Anyone else having or seeing this issue. Only tested mutants so far so Let me know if you know about this😀 thanks!

Interesting, in the video your health was reduced to 0 after psychobuff ended and it didn't kill you. Maybe some change on the back end by bethesda, hope so, i didn't use psychobuff because it was killing me when it ended.

It also happens if your hunger decreases enough and you lose all the hp from being well fed. I've run around for a while at 0 hp on my bloodied character that way

Overdrive actually outputs more damage if you use criticals/Vats as it boosts both damage and critical damage, compared to Psychobuff. Sadly it doesn't povide any defence buffs. Overall I agree that Psychobuff is better, but just wanted to let everyone know if they go pure damage :)

My mutants says it'll do like 200 something almost 300 but it's doing 400-1000 dmg, I never had this much dmg come out of that rifle since the day I got it which makes me wonder because before, my mutants one was doing low dmg like my two shot The effects of both guns More dmg when mutated +1 perception bullets explode... Two shots that are explosive +1agility

I actually dont like the +80 hp from the drug. When that hp drops it leaves me with 1 hp and anything in the game can kill me if it hits me. I use Psyco, Psycotats and Psycobuff. I found a player that sold +50 of each of those and I bought all of them, I havent had to get more since.
