Welcome to the KZbin channel "The Truth"!
The "The Truth" channel is created with the purpose of providing you with valuable knowledge about the laws of life and how to heal the mind.
Here, you will discover:
Life doesn't stop when we were happy and loose children in the world. No responsibilities, just dreams all around us. We grew up and realized that few or none of the dreams we had were realized; we didn't get to be what we wanted to be. Every distraction, no matter how small, brought us here. They seem to rob you of a precious piece of your ability to achieve and to be who you really could be. This lack of concentration isn't just a momentary loss; it's a theft of your potential, a betrayal of the commitment you've made to yourself.
When we allow our minds to wander, we deny ourselves not only the fulfillment of our tasks but also the realization of our dreams. Ask yourself how much of your true potential is being lost at the hands of the silent thieves of distraction. Concentration is the ability to voluntarily direct all one's attention to a specific activity or task while remaining immune to external distractions or irrelevant thoughts. This ability is crucial for success in any field of activity, as it allows a person to remain focused on essential goals and tasks.
In the digital age with the constant interruptions of technology and information flows, developing strong concentration is becoming increasingly difficult but just as essential. Today in our video, we are going to explore how this ability to focus deeply relates to Jungian concepts and how Jung's ideas can help us improve this ability.
Carl Jung, one of the most influential figures in twentieth-century psychology, had an especially profound view of the unconscious, which divided into two main parts: the personal unconscious and the collective unconscious. The personal unconscious contains forgotten memories and repressed experiences specific to each individual, while the collective unconscious is shared by all human beings and is the source of archetypes, patterns of thoughts, and images that are universal and instinctive.
