Hi sir.... Main...ek land ki deal krwa rha tha... But us locality mein rehne wala koi banda aakr bol deta hai ki yaha par Cemetery thi phle.... But actual mein wo waaha pr nhi hai.....dusri land mein koi bolta hai ki is land ka bayana(token money) fassa hai already... But ab hume ek saal ka agreement kiya tha unke sath...agar time Par wo paise nhi denge toh obviously wo agreement cancel hi hoga.... Main kaise jawab du unko....jo buyers hain... Wo bolte hain ki hum is jhamele wali land mein nhi ana chahte... Ab please muje koi solution btao. .. Cemetery wali land ka b solution btao sir please... Main bahut struggle kr rha hu is chakkar mein

Sir, can I make an agreement on my name and registry on another name? If I am doing that, i am inflating the land cost. Here I as a B will finalize deal with A. A & B will get into an agreement but then B already had a plan to sell it to C. B dont want A to know how much C paid. And same C should not know the actual price of the property. what can be legal challenges? Do I (B in this case) have to make an agreement with A and mention that B can either register himself or transfer to B? Please do reply or make video on this basic knowledge.
