I’m amazed at how well this game avoids the uncanny valley. Raz especially looks great with human eyes and smoother facial expressions. The new generation graphics treat the art style exceptionally.

Raz's look when he puts back another piece of Ford's mind always got me. He isn't just sad, he looks guilty. As if, on some level, he's questioning whether or not he's doing the right thing. Can't say as I blame the kid; hell, playing it, I felt bad for making Ford basically relive trauma after trauma. He did some screwed up things to Raz's family, but...I couldn't say that I blame him. Hell, I'd be hard-pressed not to do the same thing, in his position.

Sometimes, the only way to overcome trauma is to relive it. Not in the sense of experiencing it again, but understanding it in a different light. Ford had spent decades with his mind shattered, and it proved enough time that he realized upon seeing the trauma again that he had handled it incorrectly. He may have been hurt for a moment, but it gave him a chance to be free of the agony.

I have to admit, I always wondered why nobody at HQ was shocked to see Ford back there at all, he’s regarded as the hero for defeating meligula and is one the head Psychonauts that founded HQ, so you think all the other amateur Psychonauts even the main cast would be shocked to see him there.

A lot of people don't recognise him, and the few that do don't really seem to recognise the influence he's had in the organisation. Personally I don't mind because it's a pretty neat setup to some fun gags

Poor Ford. Hearing the first of his lighthouses say "Don't cut the right parts and your friends won't recognize ya" just made me rethink what happened to him. I thought he just chose the nuclear option to shatter his mind but now I'm thinking he tried to only erase the part of his mind that remembers what he did to Lucy. Looks like he knew what the risks would be too :(

He probably started putting himself together once he found out about the meteor’s effects, but stopped once the memories he collected gave him the message that they shouldn’t be reassembled. That’s why he warns us initially that this shouldn’t be worried about.

For me: i think each ford represents his emotions during each moment. The bowling ford is when he was happy with lucrecia mux, the mailer ford is when he was sad as his letter about his love to lucrecia was returned and for the barber ford, i think it supposed to be his anger of what the grulovia did to lucrecia. And when they talked to agent Ford Cruller, you can some what see it.

This is the first game I've played since 2013 that i didn't care about paying full price. I really want to see if they add any DLC or extra content if not, whatever I can wait. But the game really lives up to the first and is much better in my opinion

The scene that broke me the hardest was in cruller's correspondence. When the mailman recieves the postcard from Maligula and subsequently has a meltdown and just loses all hope, that hit me really hard. I know what it like to have something really important riding on one action, and it just does nothing.

IMO You should do Bowling, then Barber, then Mail The order of the events (Like how it played out in the game's timeline) is Bowling, Mail, then Barber, but Mail makes a better last one in my opinion (And it's the hardest too)
