some of them knock it but that archetype carried me in the final boss since i'd woefully underestimated how hard it would be (mainly the upgrade that lets it drop health)

might've had less time with certain VA's or had their dialogue mostly done by the time they'd planned far enough ahead to know to include that specific dialog call

I got a reaction from Lori. I think she said I have to check him in at the front desk or something like that. Maybe it was a glitch, and another character nearby caused their dialogue to trigger.

I'm sad they did not have reactions from all characters; in the first game, they went above and beyond, even for hackers. The Crow Feather you get in Boyd's Mins has reactions/dialog in the code for showing it to the campers who have been de-brained and thus, are offscreen/out of game for the rest of the plot already by the time you obtain it.

Probably because the reaction is coded to play when you activate the power, and because the archetype is a talker, so it would be interrupting the comments.
