You say to live your life to the fullest because it goes by in a blip. I haven't been living in any good way for the past three years of my life. I have struggled severely with my mental health. The past half year especially has been the worst period in my life. I used to love training in the gym, I would go there and leave all my negative emotions there. I injured my shoulder so now my workouts have become uncomofortable and painful. I lost the one thing that was good and was an escape to me. I barely have any friends. Most nights I sit alone in my room. No one texts me, calls me, or thinks of me. I feel an emptiness in my life that is crying out to be filled with something, but I don't know how to do it. I am so lost in my life. You say God has a purpose for all of us and you saying that gives me hope but as of right now I don't know what this purpose is.
