Lovely colour and great work as usual. I think the more doors look really nice and they get a bad press from e30 fans for some strange reason - to have such good looking 2 door and 4 door design from the same chassis respect to the designers 👍👌

Great video! I’m in the process of restoring my tech 1 bumper so glad I’ve seen this. Where did you manage to find a non chrome center and right/left corner bumper? I can only find chrome 😩

How do you install the sideskirts? I have the same oem skirts, but am pretty confused on how the clips attach and can't find any guides online

On the front fender there are 2 plastic brackets (have to drill holes in the fender as original), then there are holes in the rocker panel that match holes in the side skirt. There are plastic clips that go into the side skirt and then the whole thing clips into the rocker panel holes. There are also plastic grommets that go into the holes in the rocker panel. At the back there 2 holes in the arch lip and the side skirt is clipped in with two plastic push rivets. At the bottom there are plastic clamps that hook onto the rocker panel and screw into the side skirt tabs. One screw that holds the front fender in the bottom.

Duplicolor bumper trim. I also used plastic primer even though it says you don’t have to 👍
