Namaste. Just wondering if you by any chance happened to read Rajan Parrikar's "constipated" online-opinion on this singer too? Not that I agree with him at all. On the contrary I believe one can be too opinionated for one's good. In classical vocals, 'jawari' of voice is of prime importance. Panditji's voice touches the listener with its jawari, and the fantastic Gayaki adds great appeal to his music.

@@VithalNadkarni Rajan Parrikar is an archivist, a mere academic. I wouldn't take him too seriously every time he has a brash opinion on any of these legends. Panditiji excels, in my opinion, through the conviction in his gayaki, thereby presenting a wonderful picture of the Gaud Malhar. I am envious, sir, that you have seen Panditji so closely.
