Pt2 Sherrif And His Crew Challenge The Villains To A Rally Race Of Speed, Endurance, And Pure Chaos

After the GRC Announcement Meeting got taken over by the villains, Sherrif is a police officer of ratiotor springs has postponed the GRC series. The villains also found themselves back in prison, but a few of them had their prison sentences ending, including Billy Oilchanger and Doug Crankel. But one prisoner was lost in the ocean, That being Lotus Evija. Will he ever find his way out of the ocean? Since the GRC is postponed, Sherrif has also planned to go on a road trip with his friends. along the way, they meet some cars who are willing to accept a challenge to them.
