Stockar challenged the cars of Ratiotor Springs to a race. After the race, Sherrif is a police officer of ratiotor springs arrested the criminals who teamed up with Stockar, who are displeased with Stockar and his friends for making them lose and become arrested. Electro Silhouette was the winner of the race, and he was honored for joining the race, as well as the other 9 cars who joined Sherrif's team. Now that the criminals are restricted in their prison for good, they've come in contact with a huge crime center, and they surely have big plans to tell them.
