Tbh it all depends on the match up and teamfight pta is good for lane and snowballing the game but conqueror is good all around for example, later in teamfights sometimes ezreal just wanna poke anyone that he can reach so conqueror could stack easily but again if you wanna play more aggresive pta is a fine choice.

What tbh mean? I agree with you. Pta it is a good rune if you are against a scale team and you need win the game in 20 min. So, for other games (matchup, comp) conquer is better instead.

@@JuKo-be5nx both have the exact same winrates so no, you're wrong. It depends on what you want to do in the matchup/game in general. If you have an advantageous matchup and can force hard on the enemy bot and snowball early then PTA will be better but if it's an unfavorable matchup and/or you have a team comp that is hard to do much early with then conqueror is better.
