Hello ngo or anyone who can help me understand this, at 3:28 when setting the equation for the curve there is 2t instead of t in cos and sin, does anyone have the explanation why ? thanks for this great tutorial

Generally mean spiral angle is one of the key parameters defined while designing a Spiral bevel gear. However, I do not see this parameter being used in your modeling method.

After struggling for almost a month, I could able to create the 3D models of Spiral Bevel Crown and Pinion gears. I have used Mean Spiral angle as one of the driving parameters. what is value of r in the equations ? can you please provide details regarding equations ??

"r" is the pitch circle radius as seen in the RIGHT plane. Remember @0:24 the horizontal line was given a dimension of 96 mm which is the PCD of this bevel gear.
