the first one we're going to look at is describe the image and here you get 25 seconds to look at it 40 seconds to speak you'll get an image like this or different most likely different cuz it's different every time it could be a process it could be a journey it could be uh a fantasy could be anything in this case we have look what looks like a plan growing process now here's the template for it you want to start with the picture highlights talk about the overview of this picture which in this case would be the the picture highlights the scene of um gardening or or the process of gardening you would describe one part or two wherever you feel it's right where you have to connect another idea you say furthermore so assume you start by saying the picture highlights the scene of gardening there are steps involved you can also use likewise in a process but likewise is more General so you can also use it in other cases when it's not a process uh by General I mean it can be applied in multiple places but it's not a common connector common connectors are basic ones like and and also which we're not to use we're using Advanced connectors lexical resource in including the last one which is also going to add marks to your lexical resource certainly certainly has a Lee in it Le are adverbs the more you use Le the better your marks will be because you will have a range of vocab that other students don't have usually and it's also an advanced conclus conclusive word if you just say to conclude or overall it's the same thing that everybody else is doing but you're going to finish with certainly so let's say you define all these steps at the end you're going to say certainly the entire process looks pretty simple and the result is a beautiful pink flower okay there you go that's going to be the last phrase and that's 40 seconds easily you cannot say more sentences usually again there are some that you would put in between but you should not have more words or phrases to memorize cuz once you start you would realize 40 seconds and quickly so remember these and this should be your guideline for any task involving description of pictures now let's move on to the next scenario which is describing a situation so here you're given 20 seconds to read it it's pretty lengthy sometimes and you have 40 seconds to answer you can pause the screen you can read this I'll summarize you basically have a townhouse and your tenants are causing a lot of problems they're breaking up breaking things up and you have have to go and talk to them about it or address it assertively basically now the template is right here let me tell you before we start the template templates for these kind of questions are very hard to make because the situations are always different they can vary greatly in context so be careful when you use it this template is applicable in most cases however you really have to be careful if the words fit in your given situation or don't so be careful and apply this based on the natural scenario that you're given now in this case the template fits perfectly almost here you want to start with the subject okay the subject here are your tenants so you're not going to just say hey tenant you're going to say hey guys or hey everybody address them like that how are you can we use that here no not in this case because you're being negative okay you are going to address the problems with the townhouse so you start with the the next phrase I have to I have to is just the perfect phrase to fit in in any case in this case it's going to be hey guys I have to address the disappointing condition of the townhouse considering the walls the leak in the kitchen sink as well as the debilitating condition of the backyard okay that's how you're going to start and rephrase the words in the question not using the same words now surely is the Lee it's going to add adverb okay that's going to be the start of any new point it doesn't have to be a sure thing it's just a good connector it's Advanced as well in this case I could say surely all of you are adults and I was not expecting this from you what's more that's the next connector what's more just means also furthermore it's not a question okay it's a connector now you're going to say what's more the way the apartment is right now the town the way that the townhouse is right now I feel no one is going to be able to rent it afterwards or it's going to be unsellable in theet Market whatever your point is what's more is going to connect to the next point and I have not given a conclusion I have said it's situation based again I said the situations are always different here you would not know how to finish it as a template in this case I would tell the tenants that hey you have one month to fix it otherwise I would have to ask you guys to leave or give you a notice right now this template will not apply to every scenario so every scenario would finish with a demands with a question with a conclusion or so on so make sure it's based on the scenario and it's natural and it's not learned and please don't say words it's like to conclude at the end because
