Guys..this is really helpful..i applied this in my real test. As he says, girls have high pitch voice..so we need to speak like a man..it actually helped me to get my score..Before I scored only 45 in speaking(two times) but when i applied this technique with same sample as before, i scored more than my required score..i got 8.5 in speaking though i only needed 7...n yes! do not lose hopes...and try giving it more and more..try online scored tests before u appear the real exam..those online scored tests are a bit hard and whatever you score in those tests, it will be increased by 10 marks in real test. And yes! Right Microphone position is really important as well..sometimes, keeping the microphone a little bit down towards the chin, can work too!! I was also really frustrated by my low scores that i got in two tests before, but this trick, trust me, its really helpful..especially for girls!!!!! And do not stop speaking..just keep on speaking even if its completely out of topic sometimes...Do not panic! you will succeed even if you scored less before!!! And the example is me myself..😊

As in the video above, same height as your lips but NOT directly in front. Some people put at the tip of the nose if their voice is too quiet

Hi..i am from nepal as well..i had the same problem before..its bcoz of our high pitch voices..practise it by speaking like a man..act as if a man is speaking..you will get good scores..trust me!! Speak loud..dont care about others..and speak like a boy!! I know its a bit weird but i did the same..and my score jumped from 45 to 85. Trust me! I had the same problem..and take time for checking microphone..i think placing it towards the chin..bcoz i did the same..and try scored online test before you appear the real exam!!

Hello alex, In main pte exam , i found another screen asking for yes/no just after hitting next button . Can you just check that , what screen is that as am unaware of that. After hitting next , the recording is still on until i click yes and move to next question. Please verify that.

Hi Neelam! About half of our students are from Nepal and struggle with SH, STH....DO NOT change your accent. Focus on your fluency - your pronunciation is less important.

Hi Alex, thanks a lot, your videos are very informative. On my second attempt of pte exam, I got L:75, R: 75, S:86, and W:76: besides of leaving 1 Write for dictation due to poor time management. But this time I would say, from my side I did 100% great and time management was perfect too, but I drop my speaking score which affected over all score. This time I got- Speaking-66, Reading-67, Listening-76, and writing- 87. I am so depress now, I am feeling like is pte playing with me, I was almost there and again I drop overall because of speaking. I got 77 in speaking even in my first attempt. Make sure you read through as many answer short questions as you can! Also for repeat sentences focus on getting the first 50% WORD FOR WORD without any mistakes
