Constitutions Courts must be made while Every party has disputation on politicle, economic and technicle matters so they can be solved in constitution Courts easily, civil matters can be heared timely in the supreme court. 😮😮😮

It would have been so simple for QFI to clarify that he had taken away the symbol and the party remained intact.but he chose not to deliberately so the reserved issue could arise.Talat sahab you understand everything better than the rest but for self intrest you are denying it.Why did QFI delay investigation on form 45. With supreme court one might get delayed justice but constitutional court being created to control justice In favour of government.

بہرے اور اندھے کب سے یوٹیوب استعمال کرنے لگے۔ آج آئین کی بڑی یاد آ رہی ہے اس کنجر کو جب 90 دن میں آئین نے الیکشن کا کہا ہوا ہے اسوقت کیوں نہیں ائی؟ اس کے بقول آئی پی پی ملک کی سب سے بڑی جماعت تھی کہاں ووڑ گئی وہ؟ اینکرز تو لفافے تھے ہیں لگتا ہے کچھ دلدل کومنٹس لکھنے پہ بھی حکومت نے لگا دئے ہیں۔

Your logic is so defective that it is surprising you don’t realise. The parallel court can take up all non political / non constitutional matters and the present Supreme Court can take up the matters you want transferred . Unless you want Faez Isa to head the constitution court - why not let the incoming CJ head that court ? Ridiculous
