despite what everyone says, i think this interviewer handled this very well. i think the stutter caught her off guard, as it would have done to anyone. obviously, she didn't mean to laugh, and they had both been laughing through the whole interview. bill didn't take it personally, so its ridiculous that fangirls on youtube should.
