I believe the last guy was clean, and owing to tpp, he noticed him crossing the road and prefired before the hacker could react.

@ I could not believe it when he killed you in the timeframe you took to ADS. I remember previously you had a match and ended 2nd after getting killed by a thermal scoped M16 behind a smokescreen, I thought this time can get to see you win with a thermal scope. Always a hacker to ruin a moment...
