Not sure for os 16 and as far as I know the application is only compatible with os 13 and below for now. You can still try to download the app if it's working and if it is not, we might need to wait for the developers to update the applications compatibility

Yes tama need ng pc para makapag actuvation ka muna kapag MTK yung processor pero pwede mo naman iswap CP mo lods kase maraming murang snapdragon na processor ngayon. Lahat ng processor gumagana maliban lang talaga sa MTK
