Claud Huang relies on hearing footsteps for his teammate, secured most of school by that time so he had time for the firefight across the street. Another possibility, since he cleared school and there was only 1 survivor, his teammate might’ve dropped apartments, prolly a random duo, who knows. Also, when you clear school, the next hot drop is the apartments, then Roz. It’s all in experience in games and luck. After hundreds of hours of playing pubg, you have a good idea of what opposing players will do.
