So this is the cpu I need for completely zero stutters in this game? Currently using 10700k and getting random fps drops from 120 to 110 for one second. Like an asset streaming hiccup of some sort.

There is probably a hardware problem or there is malware running in the background without you realizing it. It is not normal to have such instantaneous drops in this processor

what's the different with dx11 and dx12 setting
