When 3 people are left I hide and wait for the other 2 to find each other, the second I hear gun shots I push towards them and try to kill the winner of the 2 shooting. You basically change a 1/3 chance of winning to a 2.5/3 chance.

If you're really focused on the win you can abandon a fight while you push towards the circle leaving the enemy between you and the blue wall. Doing this you can take out the tires of cars along main roads which opponent would have to take. Then going to replay and watch them die to the zone.

Accepting and being respectful towards different kinds of gamers (even those you might not like), and taking the time to share something so time-consuming with a community that can be as vilifying as they are wonderful. How you liking the replay feature? I love it. I almost won a match...got down to the 2nd player. Replayed it and it was amazing to see how close you are to a player and not even know it. And also seeing the mistakes that player make end game. I killed one player that had the AUG and M24 (Used replay to see his kit and final 10 players gear/kit) but he made the mistake of only looking to his left right and front. He had no idea I had just got in as the blue was closing. His mistake got him killed and he didnt hit one shot on me. I never got to loot him as I didnt want to take the risk.

I like your strategy, but for a beginner (on Xbone) I find that if I play too strategically, avoiding gunfights, I end up at the end game having not fired my gun for 20+ minutes. That means I'm not warmed up at all and much easier to kill. For me it's about balance, don't engage every enemy but never shy away from fights where I might have an advantage. That way when I find myself in the final 10 I'm nice and warmed up and have a much better chance of earning that chicken dinner.
@TheDuoLive

Fantastic video. Will definitely give this strategy a go. One does tend to want to play more aggressive, but I have also found that taking on more of a mouse roll rather than Rambo does pay off. Especially for us South African players who has to play EU servers with a ping between 180-200.

I've found myself getting bored with pure strategic play over the past few months and I've gone to full aggressive play. However my experience in PUBG and prior FPS does allow me to comfortably adapt to the strategy and I will say this. Being an aggressive frag hunter has gotten me killed in situations where being more passive and calculated would not. I still win a large amount of my solo matches this way but it has also cost me a lot of games too. Your tactic is effective, methodical and efficient, even if it doesn't boast large kill numbers. It comes down to preference what you hold more important, more consistent winrates or wins with large kills to brag about. I loved the video and the analysis you provided, interesting stuff man, keep it up.
@johnwatkins3883
@johnwatkins3883 2 жыл бұрын
I get the more kills means more bragging rights but I play for the wins. If I have a lot of kills by the end that's just a bonus. Idc if I win with 1 kill. Still won. It's about winning not kills regardless who you are or what you say the goal is to win with however many kills you get. No one cares if you get 10 plus kills a match but rarely win. You still suck if you can't clutch wins or simply just win. Only warzone players will say it's all about kills when still noope. Not a single BR is about kills. It's about surviving to be the last alive by whatever means. Also a single life is super important when there ain't no gulag or buy backs so not trying to waste a win and my time trying to get a win running around like a dumb ass or pushing and starting stupid gun fights

I play by the same strategy when I push for rank, I tend to be very aggressive and want to push most other players. I play in OC solo and a few seasons ago when i really wanted to go for rank, I played with the same idea. I was top 50 in oc solo but after reaching that rank i had to go away for work. 2 weeks later when i returned home, the new season started. So I changed back to going for kills and pushing every encounter I could find/hear. All in all everything you said was spot on and i completely agree. I find that most other players tend to only think 1 step ahead like he shot me from here so i will flank here. Now with new players this might work, but when you try to think more then 2 steps ahead you almost always catch them running around with out cover. just wanted to say great work on the video and good luck on the battle field.

The unnamed houses have some of the best weapons and armor I've ever found,the amount of ammo also can be either A. Very high Or B. Very low Moat of time dropping of in the middle of nowhere is worth the extra time for loot,ammo,armor etc. The games I've won was when I dropped far enough away where I didn't have too search in a panic and took my time getting what I wanted.

For me early on with the game I played to passive and scared even though im decent at FPS but this game...having one life made me play this way. Recently I just started playing more aggressive and im actually doing better that way. I figured Id rather die fighting and getting better with different guns and tactics then die when you get into a gun battle and have no experience with the gun your using.

To sum his strategy up Pretend 100k is on the line. Drop right away to avoid enemies. Always stay on foot. Be aware of where others are landing and are located. Don’t start an unnecessary fight. Ride the barrier. When the game is nearing climax, listen for other players locations and guns. Basically, play conservatively but be alert.

How I play duos: land only in crate cities, shelter, Lepovka if it’s out of the way. Stay on the edges of the blue zone once it’s down to 40 people. We engage every fight together and try to stay outside of buildings but in good cover and callouts are important. Aim is also important and knowing when to take shots, of either of us have a suppressor that person usually fires first if we’re trying to stay unseen. Also, if your partner is good with a specific weapon and you find it, let them have it. Any time my friend finds an SKS he tells me to take it and hands over any attachments for it since I seem to do extremely well with it.

My general strategy (in solo vs squad fpp) is loot highly dense areas in less attractive spots and scope out the action and mop up or scrape some kills in. Loot up, car, middle ish place with good position, then begin your process. I guess vs squads it is a bit easier to predict bc large groups make lots of noises and mistakes

I've already tried this method on my own, every steps :) The step I had the most difficulty (and still can't do it properly), is staying on foot. I usually fall behind the blue, I died so many times by it, I can't seem to find the exact time to move. Any tips ? And I can confirm to everyone it's a great method, I finished rank 149 on TPP EU last season :D

I definitely need to do a little more testing, (because I'm not sure if the circle speed along with the size changed with 1.0) but I just tried to always stay moving towards the slow side of the circle and then in with it from there. At first it was hard and I resorted to vehicles more often, but after enough experience trying to stay on foot I got used to the pace I needed to move at (when I needed to ignore buildings, ignore a downed players loot, or cut in towards the white circle early.) In the end I was surprised how easy it became to stay on foot through or out run all of the circles. I always assumed a vehicle was needed if you had to completely cross the first couple of circles. And nice job btw! Rank 149 is incredible.

Pretty good video for Solos! I actually never thought of dropping early for more time looting, sounds like a decent tactic with the parachute changes tho, since you cannot gain as much distance from pulling earlier/hovering when the parachute automatically opens etc. For people who try this in Duos/Squads: Playing the circle wont get you very far most of the time, because positioning is way more important with the revive mechanics. Also vehicles are very important in Duos/Squads, not so much in solos. If you look up statistics of Streamers/Pro players like Viss, they usually have more avg. Distance in vehicles than on foot.

Great video i really like it. Played a similar strategy (from bierbankB), trying out yours next season. Will be hard to ignore cars though ;) . But tbh saying "i got 75% winrate at the start of the season" and not mentioning the second information (season start) in the title is a bit clickbait. Matchmaking is a huge factor in PUBG. Half a year ago i had a 83% winrate after 6 games and a K/D of 29.00 but this happend ONLY because when you start the new season you get matched with much more worse players... i'm no where near a pro pubg player! And some dozen games later i was already at my average winrate and K/D-ratio because my ELO (or whatever they call it) got high very quickly and i met almost only players that were on my skill level. Still a very informative video and like i said i'm going with this strategy solo next season. Any plans on duo strategies?

Awesome video as always, This is very much a solo guide, this strategy doesn't work as well for teams. I'm not sure if 75% is accurate as well as you only played 4 games. Maybe more around 20-40% depending on aiming ability.

I'm a new PUBG Mobile player, but I'm going to disagree with you on a couple of points: 1. Exit as early as possible and drop straight down - I also tried this tactic for the same reason - maximize the time on the ground for looting. However, I found the results problematic and have changed to heading for small compounds (~4 buildings) 1 to 1.5 km off the flight path & towards the center of the map. I did this for the following reasons: i. Unless you get lucky, the circle is probably going to be several km away. So you're going to need to spend a lot of that "extra" time running instead of looting. ii. I found I typically wasn't getting much loot as I was landing near single buildings. iii. Because the strategy is simple & easy to duplicate there's a higher risk other players will have the same idea, defeating the objective of uncontested looting. Whereas is you get away from the flight path there's a much lower chance that another player will have picked the same landing site. 2. Avoiding vehicles - I find vehicles invaluable, especially during the early game for the following reasons: i. More time available for looting rather than chasing the circle. ii. Easier to get even farther away from the flight path, stay away from high risk area and move around the edge of the circle. And while vehicle noise is a problem, in the early game there are (hopefully) very few players close enough for that to be significant.

Well done, I agree wholeheartedly with all of your points especially the shallow side of the circle. When you get down to the final 10 it’s always best to go to that shallow side as That’s the only area you are certain is cleared for you. One tip I have learned the hard way and it’s taken me a few lessons to learn it is when you’re down to the final two or three keep an eye on your reload or how many bullets you have in your cartridge. I have had a few easy wins turn into losses when my gun clicked at the wrong moment because I hadn’t checked my ammo. Great video! It’s very reassuring as I follow many of these strategies. If you want to practice aggressive play I find the eight minute games are great to enhance your skills in close quarters combat. Another tip for people trying to round out their skills.

I literally have the same tactics. Avoid crowded places. don't shoot on sight, Shoot only if needed. avoid going to the inner circle too early. ride the blue line. works everytime. BUT when the time comes when the circle is too small and there's like 5-7 players left I always end up forgetting about my strategy and ends up being killed. I guess I get too excited or too nervous that my mind is clouded. anyways thanks for the tips!

Don't jump ! EVER ! - It's more valuable in the top 5 to know where players are than to rack up kills ! and never go for player #3 unless you absolutely have to !

what if u end uo in the center of the circle? ur sayibg i should leave and go the edges or do i just camp?

Another vital piece of information don't push houses late game. Late game houses are death traps, 90% of the time someones already set up in one camping hard waiting for you to push. Use trees/rock/hill as cover and let other people run into houses and die so you have less to deal with. Most of the time the circle won't favour a building and eventually they will have to leave and most the time they are so contempt camping that they leave last second and you can get a easy kill. I am only in the top 200 in OC FPP but if I have learnt anything its that playing the edge of the zone and running in maybe 10 seconds before it moves works like a charm because most people are already in front of you.

I've only been playing the game a couple of weeks and have only one win, more out of luck than any real strategy. I still can't hit a damn thing. In a 1-on-1 fight, I lose about 95% of the time! I was just lucky in my win that the two remaining guys hadn't spotted me and were both standing in line so I only really had one target to aim at and enough time to get my aim right before opening fire. Despite how utterly awful I am at this game, I still think it's great fun!

When there are 4-5 people, I make sure I know exactly where everyone is and if they move, I move. If one dies, I kill the other and make sure that they don’t know where I am until 2-3 people. This makes it so that if one pushes me, the other will see it and kill the pushing one and then the other one might reload, giving me a chance to kill them

I would also add that you need to pay attention the the types of guns getting kills, if you see someone getting kills with an awm, try not to stand still or peak players in the same spot as they will be able to just 1 tap you
