Back when I was in college, they had stalls where the door didn't go all the way up. Maybe like 6 foot tall doors. When I was in one, a dude peeks over the top and looks down, "Oh dude, you're taking a crap, didn't see ya." It's something else to have someone staring down at you as you are at your most vulnerable.

I worked in fast food for four years, and we had the locksmith fix the locks for the bathrooms at least five times. I originally thought that it was because they didn't do their job properly, but I found out later that it was just that our guests kept breaking the locks by jiggling the handle when it was locked. I literally had a guest come up to me and complain that he couldn't get into the restroom because it was locked, and I had to explain to him that that meant SOMEBODY WAS IN THERE and he was like "Ohhh," like the thought hadn't occurred to him. People are stupid.

I rarely go to the bathroom in public, I make sure to go to the bathroom if I need to before I leave home, and unless my stomach is acting up I can hold it in for a full 9 hour shift and it's not painful at all. Side note: Surprised that there was no mention of how the hell public bathrooms got 1/4 ply toilet paper that would dissolve with a slight breeze.

We sat there, bare bottomed, atop the toilet waiting for the other to leave so we could pee. After the most awkward 10 minutes of my life, I washed my hands and left... Bladder full.

I work at a restaurant and whenever I have to go to the restroom, it always feels like that shit happens at least once. Like it's bad enough that some of these people don't know how to knock, but even after I yell that someone's in there, it's like they think that continuing to check the handle will change that, even though it was clearly locked the first time they pulled. In general I feel like some people don't know how single toilet public restrooms work, lmao. I can't tell you how many times I've had people walk up to the register asking about the locked bathroom and one of us having to explain that someone is *probably* in there.

4:20 and that is smart not to poop in public. Public restrooms are never cleaned properly or enough. Just think dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of people could use that toilet without it getting cleaned even once. People that could have who knows what and whatever they have can get onto the toilet seat and in the toilet water. You sit on that seat or you poop and the water splashes onto you and now it's on or more terrifying in you. So now you could have whatever that person had. Public bathrooms are a health safety hazard yet people use them everyday without a second thought.
