Public nuisance civil and criminal dono kese ho skta he .... Or agar he to koi person nuisance ko hatwane ke liye cpc91 ki help le ya crpc133 ki

If the nuisance is criminal in nature i.e. there is breach of public walfare and society or public in general sufferers from damage for that particular act of nuisance ,also the damage sustained can't be compainesed by money ..then u can take help from 133 crpc ..if the nuisance and damage caused for that nuisance is civil in nature i.e. infringement of a right or obligation of a person ..then section 91 applies
