When I joined as a fresher in HR, I got 16K, though I had previous experience in Admin of 4yrs.. But I saw a women, joined the same role as mine, she had Admin Exp of only 1 exp and she got 23k.. And ya education also matters here.. I only did BE and PGBA(1yr).. But another lady, she did MBA from Top B-school and as a fresher with 6months IT exp, she got 30k..!! The difference between guys at 4:05 and women at 5:06 is its the example.. And "Actually Actually" ellam manager aa.. Wow.. Guys therinjikonga, English mukkiyam illa, work and exp thaan important..
