This is the case of almost of all Husbands now a days. 1. If husband makes mistake he should suffer, even wife makes mistakes husband should only suffer. 2. Whatever the case husband should pay maintenance or settlement. In that money only they will enjoy, file more cases for more money. 3. Wife need equality in everything, but never say dont want maintenance, why they cant earn? in earning they cant show equality? 4. First priority money next thir own famlily, then kids, then relatives... left out is husband. No space for husband family. 5. What ever happens... society, police, courts will speak against men, punish men only. 6. Our law system never protect men, no justice for mens. 7. He would have spent so much of money and time by this time... Still they are demanding money, this is our legal system. 8. Mens will never get justice.
